K-PaaS Specialist Certification Program certifies companies (K-PaaS Ready) that possess an understanding of open cloud platforms (K-PaaS) along with diverse implementation experience and applicable technical capabilities.

K-PaaS READY Specialized Company Certifiying Standards

has to satisfy one of the bellow

Specialized Business Sector

Companies with ① at least two years of experience in K-PaaS-related projects or those ② with experience in three or more such projects within the past five years.
※ Required documents : Business Performance Certificate (Certification from the ordering agency, Public Procurement Service, KOSA, or contract copies, etc.)

Specialist Sector

Companies with 5 or more K-PaaS specialists
※ Required doctuments : ① Certificate of employment, ② NIA「Open Cloud Platform K-PaaS Specialist's Completion Certificate」 specialist code

K-PaaS Ready Specialist Company Certifying Fee

Free

K-PaaS READY Specialist Company Certification Validity Period

Valid for 3years After being Certified as Specialist Companies(K-PaaS READY)
Certified companies in the specialist sector verify the affiliation status of experts annually.
※ After an year of certificate issuance, the company has to submit the list of employed specialists and certificaiton code within a month upon reaching the one-year mark.
※ When the company cannot statisfy the number of specialists required, the certification gets revoked.
※ As of the renewal date, renewal is possible if there are five or more active specialists.

K-PaaS Ready Specialist Company Certifying Schedule

Quarterly done per year (scheduled for Mar., Jun., Sept., and Dec.)
※ announced schedule may change due to depending on circumstances
※ renewal applications are accepted ordinarily

K-PaaS Specialized Company Certifying Process

STEP1. download and fill application form

Application form can be downloaded at the K-PaaS Portal (https://k-paas.or.kr)

STEP2. Requisition

① Submit the required documents and application for via email(edu@k-paas.or.kr).
    Required documents should be scanned and be submitted as PDF or JPG
    (Specialized Business Sector) Business registration certificate, business performance certificate
    (Specialist Sector) Business registration certificate, certificate of employment, specialist code
② The K-PaaS Ready certification personel reviews the submitted application and confirms receipt to the requesting company. (Notififies via email within 3 days of submission)

STEP3. Discussion

① Submitted documentations and applicaion forms for 'Specialized Business Sector" are to be discussed and reviewed by the committee determines whether the company qualifies as a K-PaaS Ready specialized company.
② Submitted documentations and applicaion forms for "Specialist Sector" is determined based on supporting documentation.
    (Notififies via email within 3 days of submission).

STEP4. Issueance of Certification and Publification

Specialized company certificates are mailed post to each company or presented at a separate award ceremony, and the final K-PaaS Ready specialized company information will be published at K-PaaS Portal(https://k-paas.or.kr).
(Information will be based on the submitted application form. Additional information may be posted when the company requests. However, it will not be published if the company requests non-disclosure for reasons such as security.
